Design system
I led a shared React/Next.js library of 50+ components (Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, Storybook, component tests and CI-versioned releases), used by three production apps. It turned repeated e-commerce UI into one maintained source.
Customer-support platform
A multilingual self-service platform: repair appointments, warranty lookup, product registration, repair flows and AI-powered search. I also moved the German site's product data to a new commerce platform without any UI changes.
Mobile app
I modernized the React Native e-commerce app: a new API layer, a React Native and Expo upgrade, Google and Apple sign-in, deep linking and crash reporting.
Scale
Across Monster Notebook's web and mobile platforms, these products serve 10,000+ monthly active users in three markets.
